I was very excited about my purchase of nutri pro however after barely using 2 months the seals on both blades came off now liquid splashes everywhere when i use it !!! :( EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I wore out the original Nutri-Bullet in a year. Upgraded to this one. Love the speed. But the Step ring gasket keeps coming out. Ended up slicing one. (same with the original model). Customer Service was great and shipped out two new blade cups with shipping charge. I only wanted the gaskets, but they are not sold separately. I was told the gaskets are designed NOT to come out, but guess what, they do. And so do the ones that they replaced. But no worries, still working great. I love Nutri-Bullet, and will always use it. But you just have to be careful and make sure the gasket is in place and you put it on straight to prevent cutting, and to prevent sticky leaks.

I purchased this in late August 2014 and began using it for my daily lunch immediately. It has been able to handle anything that I have put into it, pulverizing raw carrots with nary a problem, not even a change in the motor sound. I am already recommending it to many people. (I bought this because our daughter has a 350w Cuisinart smoothie maker, and it labors a bit. Mine breezes through anything.

I bought it a few months ago and truly did not know what to expect. I have juicer that I used a couple of times a put it away.It was a choir to clean and to store and to many parts. The Nutri bullet is easy to use and reuse again with.Its compact and stores nicely

I love this machine. The only issue is the gasket used in the lid. This becomes dirty pretty fast and needs to be removed and cleaned. But once you pull it out to clean, then it doesn't seem to fit properly again and leaks occur around the seal. Need to figure a better sealing mechanism. I use my machine daily to make smoothies. Haven't tried any other use for it, but it grinds up frozen blueberries and walnuts to make my smoothie.
