I love using my NutriBullet for my green smoothies, but the rubber ring around the blade comes off every now and then. Yesterday while pulsing something kept making a loud noise - I open it up and the rubber ring had come off and was in the smoothie itself. It didn't damage the rubber ring, but it was annoying. Other than that I love my NutriBullet!

I love the way my Nutri Bullet mixes up protein shakes and even the way it crushes small amounts of ice....BUT I do not like the plastic ring that isn't suppose to come out but does. When it does after multiple uses there is a ring of residue under it that I am assuming is leftover from what ever I made. Gross and unsanitary.

I was very disappointed with this series. The gasket on both blades came off on the first use. The company sent two new more blades and the same thing happened with those.
