The only thing keeping me from giving this an excellent review is that the flip to-go lid is fragile. I had mine less than a month and the lid already broke. It doesn't stay closed anymore. It's a real bummer because that's the main reason I purchased the PRO instead of the original. :(

In less than a year of weekly use the power tabs froze. No drink liquid was spilled into the tabs. Following customer services instructions on how to loosen the tabs we have to loosen up several power tabs frequently in order to use it. Looks like this is a common issue if you search the web about it. The NutriBullet PRO works great making smoothies when it's working properly. Will we get our $$ worth???
