I just purchased my NutriBullet PRO at the end of December 2014, and I have used it maybe 10 times, and for some reason when I put the container in it, in order to get it going, it is getting stuck. I am forcing more than I should. Perhaps there is something wrong with my unit???

I have had my heart set on a Vitamix for years. It just is not in my budget, but I will keep on dreamin'! My mom has had a Nutribullet for a few years and said she loves it, but I was not quite open to the idea. She ended up getting meone for Christmas this past year and I have used it almost everyday since, and love it more each day!
It is powerful and efficient and really blends very well. I was previously using a Ninja blender, that costs twice as much, which I have since gotten rid of. While you can't use the Nutribullet for everything that you can use a blender for, I have decided that between the Nutribullet and a low-cost food processor, most of my frequent needs can be met, rather than using a bulky, hard to clean, major pain Ninja blender with a billion attachments. If I could say one thing to convince someone to try a Nutribullet: IT IS THE EASIEST THING TO CLEAN IN THE WORLD! Such a relief!

The machine works good except:
The three small buttons on the inside of motor stick alot and it is hare to push the blade/bowl down into the motor buttons. Called and was told to clean buttons with soupy water - helped some but still hard to use and always has been!

Received as Christmas gift in 2014. After being hospitalized for month with a severe leg infection, my immune system and energy level was fragile. Within two days of drinking my Nutriblast Berry Bombs (as I call them), I felt stronger and was visibly brighter and alive. My sister even commented on how I had a little more energy. I had tried a few of the imitation "nutrition extractors" that other companies make and I actually found them to be very good, but something kept telling me to get a NutriBullet. Just the information on the website was so valuable that it made me believe the product would be great, too. Finally, I found a great deal on a NutriBullet 900 Pro and, not one to pass up great deals, I ordered one. It came very quickly and was so much more than a step above the others! The drinks come out completely smooth and creamy even with whole flax seeds (I had to pre-grind the seeds with the other brand) and berries (I had to chew before and got seeds between my teeth.) Greens, carrots, celery, beets...whatever goes in, comes out drinkable! I always felt like making vegetable juices wasted so much of the veggies, I couldn't justify drinking them. But with the NutriBullet 900 nothing goes to waste and you get all the nutrition. I have completely replaced breakfast with my Super NutriBlast which includes whatever fruits and veggies I happen to have on hand in addition to some nice fresh greens from our greenhouse, and my special power boost that I mixed up myself. Some days I am not even hungry for lunch, or maybe just a small snack. And I have lots more energy than ever before. I am an "almost" 60 year old woman by the way. I hope to be drinking NutriBlasts for years to come. Thanks for making a great product!
