I am having trouble getting it started and getting the jar out of the machine. Perhaps my hands aren't strong enough! Why is it so difficult?

I was hesitant to buy this, and did a lot of research before buying it. I bought it a month ago and I love it. I love how smooth the drinks come out, my little one doesn't like texture on his drinks and he's been able to drink the juices I've made so far. I just need to find a recipe he likes

Great product that will really help towards good health and weight management.
My one problem is that the Max line indicator is to small and hard to find in front of dark colored ingredeints. Large glass should of had a continuous max line arond the glass.
