Within weeks of using my bullet the mechanism that turns the motor on has malfunctioned. To turn it off, I have to unplug it. When I plug it back in it's off again. Due to this I have gone from using it every day to maybe once a week.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please make a better blade

After making my purchase I did a bit of research on line and the blades on the bullet are sunk down and looks very difficult to clean. Please make all metal components and easier to clean part, that Does not keep you from getting every last drop.
The blades should be re-engineered. It would be better Aand I'd be happier if it was more like the ninja blades.

I've been very happy with my 2nd NutriBullet. It does the job, easy to clean and easy to use. I also liked the books on food that I received with it. You live up to your warranty. What more can you ask for?

Had to make a service call which it just ended up just being a sticky contact point. I received a Vitamix for Christmas but overall use my Bullet more. I even take it along when I travel. It's logged a lot of miles.
