basically this obliterates whatever you put inside, which is why you dont put in ice because it would just turn to water. instead put frozen fruit to make your smoothies cold. i have a tendency to overstuff it with veggies and fruit which you should not do because it will leak. fill the cup wit veggies/fruit to the point where you can comfortably close the cup. don't go beyond the water line for liquids.

I have been reading and trying out my nutriBullet. Nice job putting it together. Works like a dream and it is easy to wash. Couple of problems were 100 percent my fault. I learned that I need to really tighten down the blades. IF not they will vibrate loose and then there is a mess. Trouble opening jars is another issue of needing a better way to grip and open. Getting older causes odd problems.
Also can not follow the recipes 100%. Most of the ones I have tried, Yes I was measuring, were to large for even the largest container. Adjusting the amounts so you do not go over the max mark is a good idea or process twice vegies first, open and add the rest of the fruit.
Wish I had had this back when I was making dog food. Would save hours breaking down the walls of the vegies we add to our meaty bone diet.
