Bought this a month ago and I love it! It make the perfect shakes and comes with recipes for other awesome shakes to make, the consistency is always smooth no chunks of fruits and is refreshing

I found that I have trouble getting the top on the blade so it is tight and does not leak when grinding up the smoothie.

I bought this about a month ago and using it almost daily since then. Until now, it is working perfectly fine with no issues. It is good for making healthy and delicious smoothies and other juices. The only problem with the product is that it doesn't grind all the fruits/vegetables or nuts into a smooth paste. I find very tiny pieces of nuts and seeds of some fruits like grapes and berries in my mouth, while drinking the smoothies.

Received this Christmas of 2015. I love the product and makes great smoothies. Product is very loud though. Maybe I have a defect in mine. I have used it many times, but within first two months leaked & left black residue in the area where the container removes from the main unit. Now everytime I use it I get the same black residue. Not exactly happy & I will be calling customer service for sure.
