Pressing down and turning to start the product was inconsistent, but seems to be getting better. I had to turn and take it out and let it rest a minute or it would not start again.

I use my nutribullet almost everyday and it is great. If you make a smoothie I suggest you wash the blades immediately otherwise it can be hard to clean. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

Bought a year ago, needed to wear ear protection if you stand anywhere near the unit. Now the blade has started to smoke like there is no oil in the bearing??!!
