The NutriBullet Pro will pulverize pretty much anything you put into it, within reason. Compared to my old, dead Ninja, I don't have to deal with half chopped walnuts or chunks of banana any longer.
Cleaning is easy as long as one immediately rinses the blade assembly. I've only had one leak, before I figured out that the blades must be screwed onto the container very tightly.
I have two main issues with the NutriBullet:
1) It's ungodly noisy. I literally wear concert earplugs while I'm using it so my ears don't ring afterwards.
2) If the ingredients are too thick then they won't mix properly. My wife likes to make thick smoothies with a lot of frozen strawberries and the Bullet just couldn't get it moving enough to grab all of the ingredients from the top of the container.

As a health coach and busy mama who strives to get healthy foods (and liquids) into my family daily, the Nutribullet is the perfect compliment to our on-the-go lifestyle. We have been Vitamix users for years and still love our high powered blender but Nutribullet is great for our morning smoothies that we can blend and just add a lid as we race out the door. We even brought it with us on our cross-country drive when we moved from east to west coast this summer and made smoothies in our car!!

Exploding Nutribullet

I have had my Magic Bullet for approx 18 months. It is used almost daily. Last nigh the plastic parts under the jug exploded in to many pieces. I have tried to send an email but as I live in England it will not accept my complaint. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Love our new NutriBullet Pro! I guess the loss of one star is due to the waiting that needs to be done when you have blended 3 times. There are times when you can smell the motor's overheating. Regardless, great quality product and perfect for the needs of 2 people or small batches.
