Best Upgrade Yet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a S23 Ultra and its such a different experience with the Z Fold 7. It makes me feel like I got a completely different phone overall. Fact that I can use it as a regular phone and then switch to tablet mode on seconds is amazing. I've never had a Fold before so this is an amazing device for me. Totally worth the upgrade

The bigger screen is so nice. It is often said people do not want thinner phones, but that is not true when it comes to foldables, which double in thickness when folded. The thinness does not feel fragile either, there is a comforting solidity to the phone. And the differences between this model and last years are more pronounced, which is a great value add to those who wish to have the latest and greatest. I also feel as though the phone runs cooler than the previous fold.

Nice phone! If I knew the battery is poor in this phone, I wouldn't of bought it.
Or maybe I got a defective phone ? Please advise.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback on the Galaxy Z Fold7, Mark. We love to see that you think it's a nice phone. The Galaxy Z Fold7 offers an impressive 4,400mAh battery, allowing you to game, watch videos, and multitask without the constant worry of running out of power. Thanks to its advanced mDNIe technology, you can enjoy maximum efficiency, ensuring you get the most out of your phone. In fact, the battery should last up to 24 hours of video playback time, providing over an hour more than the Galaxy Z Fold6. If you feel that your battery life is shortened, we recommend checking out the links attached for options that should help increase your phone's battery life. If this continues to be your experience, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin
