Packaged well and easy to install. The flame quality is great! Way better than the pictures. This is a 58 inch wall so you can see the coverage of the 45 inch unit. Great product

Evan was so helpful in answering all my questions and concerns! I looked at Electric fireplaces at shops where I live but none look as real as the 45 sideline! I wanted to keep my wall unit and add the fireplace into the bottom cabinet and it came out amazing! My husband did a great job making it fit just right! We live in Florida and have mostly warm days and nights so this works perfectly for us! I hope you keep the 45 sideline around for a long time just in case I ever have to replace it!! Thanks Touchstone!!

We initially bought another brand electric fireplace and were very disappointed at how unrealistic the flame looked. After some extensive research I found Touchstone and am so glad I did. The flame is beautiful and so cozy. It is everything I imagined when we decided to buy an electric fireplace

This fireplace is so realistic and so beautiful as well as functional with the heat blower. I am an interior designer and have had several friends request to build a fireplace and use the Sideline 45 Recessed Electric after seeing mine. I love this fireplace!

We ordered the Sideline 45 and absolutely love it. Easy install and instructions. Puts out a perfect amount of heat for our living room. Would definitely purchase again!

How do i remove the face?

Excellent fireplace

I live in LA and the fireplace is mainly for looks, don't think we'd actually use it much. I do wish I had gone with a 55" rather than a 45" to match up with my TV a little more. I have a 65" in TV (57" wide) and a 45" soundbar. Tried to match my soundbar with it. Looks good but could have looked better. Overall, love it. The logs add depth to it which you don't realize until it's up. Also seen several instores and was not pleased because of how fake they look. Granted, you can tell it's fake BUT is definitely the best one around IMO and keeping it on low setting, just a subtle look makes it look real if you're not just sitting there and staring at it.
