Great looking fireplace. The only thing to change would be to make the wood logs look more real. We went with the crystals.

I’m a Mechanical Engineer so by nature and training I’m quite opinionated, often skeptical and always critical of products like your advertised electric fireplace, but I honestly couldn’t be happier with the unit, the packaging, the installation instructions, the operation and the overall design and quality. It is a superior machine and I’m happy to recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it. However, it has a humm noise that is louder than we expected.

I absolutely love it. It is everything I hoped it would be. It changed the look and feel of my living room. I love all the options for lights and flame. I couldn’t be more pleased.
