Shipping was fast and easy. The unit looks nice and the flame doesn't look fake, I don't know if anyone would honestly mistake it for a real fire but it definitely doesn't look fake and weird. Only knock would be that I wish the trim glass covered a bit more on the top and bottom, it's not bad but definitely make sure that you get your measurements right.

Repairs needed before use

The fireplace is beautiful and of good quality. Would have given 5 stars had it not been for the fact that the rotating reflector bar inside was not installed correctly and one end was out of the proper location. It resulted in an awful clunking noise when the unit was turned on. We had to remove multiple screws and open one end of the unit to access the interior and correct the placement. However, once it was corrected the unit worked as expected. Installation was simple and it looks great!
