Great Product

We’ve had this fireplace in a couple of weeks and have been very happy with it. After some modification and framing of our existing large masonary fireplace everything looks great. Simple to operate with remote and provides adequate supplemental heat to our large living room without the issues of wood or gas.

It’s not a real fire so...

Easy to install. The flames are realistic. The only thing I am uneasy about is there is a slight humming/rattling when the heater is on ? Also the heater is not that powerful.
