I bought it because of the good reviews and I’m pretty sure this is a quality item. It arrived on time and everything I need is in the box, nothing missing. Installation is pretty easy (it’s the in-wall set up in that I made that was a bit laborious). Everything works, the led flame and the heater.

Love, love, love our new fireplace. It’s the perfect addition to our new room remodel. Just enough heat output to take the chill off and the ambiance is perfect. Easy to install. Hardwired device and had no issues. High quality unit for the cost.

Love it! Looks beautiful. Only disappointment is the remote. Cannot tell the timing or which heat intensity is on as the remote is not marked.
