Built a tile wall to add Touchstone's Sideline Elite 72 Recessed Electric Fireplace. The documentation provided flawless information to build the opening for perfect fit. The installation was very easy and took about 5 minutes. The product itself is beautiful and elegant and easy to use. I've got nothing but positive feedback from anyone who sees this fireplace on my wall. Thanks Touchstone!

This is my 2nd fireplace from TS. This time I got the 72 inch for our new home. Looks amazing! It's a nice feature to have on at night when watching TV. Helps everyone feel relaxed and also is fun. Feels like you have a real fireplace on. We use the timer each night so the fireplace acts as a night light for a few hours after everyone goes to bed. We always seem to have someone who gets up for some water. This fireplace is top shelf! I highly recommend it.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this fireplace and TS fireplace exceeded all of my expectations. One of my concerns were that others experienced a grinding sound but my fireplace is almost silent. It looks gorgeous and I have received many compliments. I am 100% satisfied with my Touchstone fireplace.
