My overall experience with the sideline Elite so far has been great. The ability to configure the fireplace with my different moods on different occasions did not disappoint. Every configuration produced a beautiful ambiance and made my living room look like a high-end luxury hotel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our new fireplace. It is exactly what we had hoped for. It is modern, sleek and just beautiful. The shipment process gave us a little scare but FedEx did straighten out the issue and it all worked out. If you are looking for an electric fireplace this is the one.

Touchstone fireplaces are great value, they are affordable and have all the features you would want. I was searching for the best option for our living room and glad I found touchstone. Would recommend this to everyone looking to modernize their fireplace or add a new fireplace to their home. 10/10

upon install had clicking sound and had to dismantle the back panel and trim pieces to re-set the rotating bar back into the slot.
