Just Installed my fireplace hardwired in a built in enclosure without issues. The unit works great however the fan is a little louder than I had hoped but nothing crazy. The system looks awesome and heats the 20x20 area without issues. Only had system for a couple of weeks now so I can’t comment on reliability. Touchstone was awesome to deal with and even offered the system at a discounted price. The unit arrived as stated on a pallet and double boxed. I’m thinking of purchasing a second unit for another room.

I had an older Napolean, decided to get something with a slimmer frame. Super happy, this one is an upgrade for sure. It’s sleek looking. Really like the smart features/using with Alexa. Also like that you can make the bed color different from the fire. Super pretty. Looks more like a real fireplace, though you can unfortunately tell the flames are fake (as with all electric), but still beautiful.

We received our fireplace today. It was very well packed and secure. I give this 5 stars ! It’s beautiful and well worth the money! You get the stones and the wood look. The colors are vibrant and relaxing. I love the the thin frame around it. I highly recommend!

Item is okay but the connection with the app is unstable and need to add the fireplace a couple of time already, I had to start a “add device” procedure more than 3 times in less than 1 month

Love my build out for my 72” electric fireplace. I just used the clear crystals. I love the modern look and how the many colors you can use. It has open up my room and makes it look bigger. Very beautiful!

Great Product

I ordered a 72” Elite and we love it! It was easy to install and with the depth being only 5 1/2”, it is easy to design around. We live in Florida, so we primarily use it for aesthetics, although we have run the heater on some cool nights. Two things you want to be aware of: First, be precise on your rough opening. Second, see if you need an additional breaker as it is rated for 1500 watts running on high heat. I added a 20amp breaker just for my TV and fireplace and it worked out well. I wish I could publish a picture, it is awesome!

High quality unit

This is truly a great unit. Nice and relaxing. Heater is pretty quite and heats well. I bought this for my girlfriend and she loves it. I do have one small issue. It has 6 flame color choices but a couple of them are real close in color. It would be nice if there was a little bit more color definition in the different flame colors .The bed colors are great and the ability to control bed intensity, flame intensity and speed is really nice This is the best unit I have seen. Delivery was great. I hung it the wall for now but when the weather get better I plan on mounting it in the wall.I did order different colored crystals but I prefer the clear onesThe clear ones show how great the bed colors are. The construction of unit is high quality.
