The company is very nice . But the product is not good for me it’s very one dimensional and didn’t wow me like o was hoping . I see thees units that have depth and look way better . So I’m disappointed

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! Transformed my space!

I wanted to build out a fireplace in our living room, and chose the Touchstone Sideline Elite 72 inch Recessed Smart Electric Fireplace. I could not be happier with how it turned out. The insert is easy to put together, not too heavy to lift, but looks incredible. It is so luxe, and looks like real flames! Living in FL, I love that there are options to have heat on low or high, or not to have heat at all, but still get to enjoy the flames. Love all the different colors the flames can be too! 10/10 recommend this fireplace, and DEFINITELY recommend choosing a touchstone fireplace.

The remote won’t link up

The remote won’t link up. I haven’t been able to use it. I tried the QR code, but it doesn’t have the fireplace as an option to choose to get it hooked up any advice? Other than that, it’s a beautiful piece.

Great unit. Waiting for installation

This is the unit that we truly wanted. we are waiting to have the wall built in our home. Contractor should be over mid to end February. We have not taken it out of the box yet and really looking fi=orward to the ambiance that this will add to our home.
