Wow, worth it

We had a company install it since we were having them install in the feature wall. It looks amazing and I love the voice control. The app has issues but it works with the Google home app so that fixed my only complaint.

We love love LOVE our new fireplace. We had some concerns which Whitney really helped us and guided us through. We were working with our contractor and dealing with his delays and Whitney was willing to work with us and help make our experience with Touchstone excellent.

We purchased the 72 in Sideline Elite for my DIY fireplace project. This came out looking amazing. Fireplace is well priced and the quality is great. I would recommend anyone to pick this or any of their products in their line up. You won’t be disappointed.

Very impressed with the Sideline Elite 72” fireplace. It’s the perfect focal point in my living room for additional coziness and ambiance. My only complaint – and why I can’t give it 5 stars – is the noise of the fan. We installed this under a 65” TV and you really have to turn up the volume when it is running. I love that it works without the heat, but the fan could be quieter. I hope it is something Touchstone improves upon in future models. Otherwise, this is a great fireplace for the price. And, the company couldn’t be more responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend.
