This product and also very much the company has totally exceeded our expectations.The unit is quality made, super attractive looking and the company has excellent service and communication.I had questions about parts availability and support in later years and am confident that Touchstone will be here for the long haul. They even offered a retroactive prime day discount which I was not aware of when placing the order.Thank you very much. Looking forward to enjoying this unit for a long time

Awesome Fireplace - Way better than Gas

We had a gas fireplace (put in by the homebuilder). It was smelly, small and didn't really blaze. We had it removed and replaced with an electric fireplace from Touchstone. The installation went without a hitch, and the remote is so easy to use. The appearance is simply stunning. And it's bright, has adjustable flame speeds, not to mention all the different options it has for flame and ember colors. Its presence really elevates the overall appearance of the room to something from a design magazine. Highly recommend!

Great Fireplace AND A First Class Company

Ordering was easy. The fireplace is beautiful. And very impressed because our fireplace went on sale right after we received it. My husband messaged the company and asked if we could have the reduced price, we heard back immediately that we would be receiving a credit and within 20 minutes it was done! I’d highly recommend this company and their products.

Pros- love the app, makes it easy to operate. It will heat up a good size room. We did have to bumped at the wall. Not finished just yet. Our wall was 4&. Over all we love it.Cons- Do not buy the extra colored rocks and speaker with fire sound. It sounds like an old static radio and rocks change color with the clear anyways. So don't waste your money on that.
