Very Pleased with our Sideline Elite

When we purchased our new home we opted out of getting the Gas Fireplace because it protruded into the room 2 feet and shortened the space. We realized that a recessed electric fireplace would only take up inches rather than feet so we began looking into those. By far the Touchstone Sideline Elite was the best and most affordable choice.Purchase at the website was seamless and delivery rapid.With a 5 inch depth I was able to frame using 2x6 lumber, so that the finished fireplace comes to 7 inches off the wall.Installation was simple and the rough opening dimensions allow the insert to fit like a glove.We have been playing with the color combinations of th flames and crystal bed to get it to one that we can agree on.We are very happy with our decision to purchasw the Touchstone Sideline Elite 60.

Love this fireplace and how it looks in my new tiled wall with a mantle and mounted TV. Everything works perfectly together.
