This item came so quickly.. we actually have not installed it in our newly constructed house yet, but I can say it was shipped very fast. I’m sure all is well with the fireplace. Will write another review after use.

Our entire experience with Touchstone was excellent. The info on your website helped us make the correct decision for what we were looking for. Delivery was fast and the fireplace was well packed. Installation was simple using the installation guide. And it works as advertised. In short, we have no complaints and would definitely recommend Touchstone to any of our friends.

Very pleased with the fireplace, I enjoy the look of the fireplace, on and off, more than I expected. In my one and only attempt to connect the wifi, no luck. I will try again but the wifi feature was not why I purchased the fireplace and would have purchased without the wifi.

Love our new fireplace

We love the various colors of the flame as well as the base crystals.The heater in the unit works very good as well. My neighbors really liked it as well and now l am installing 3 more fireplaces as well,all purchased from Touchstone. Customer service has been excellent. The only reason for not giving a 5 star is the the rough opening specs were wrong. I would recommend not building the frame until u receive the fireplace and can actually measure the correct rough opening,particularly the height.

We bought the Sideline Elite 60” model and mounted it in a TV wall unit cabinet. The company support was excellent, the product is well made, and the look and feel of the fireplace in operation is perfect. We have only used it for a couple weeks so we don’t have comment about longevity. But right now, we couldn’t be happier.

We love our new fireplace. Touchstone made our purchase handling very easy, quick to deliver and provided personal assistance in answering any question I had during the installation to ease my concerns. Once I completed my wall re-construction, installation of the Fireplace Unit was extremely simple. I had no issues with shipment, out of the box functioning, and our unit worked 100% non-problematic ! Seems like anytime we're in this room, we always have it ON ! It's simply Exquisite and Beautiful !!

Enthusiasm Extinguished

Upon receipt we were excited to test out the unit before installation into our entertainment wall. We determined the flame wasn’t working.We called the contact number and received instructions on taking the back off the unit and found the exact malfunction they described. It took a week for the replacement part to arrive. If there was a frequently identified issue why wasn’t it identified before shipment and the buyer responsible to repair/replace.“Enthusiasm Smoldered”
