Even better than expected!

This fireplace is awesome! The look and feel is very realistic and very well done, it puts out a decent amount of heat, installation was very easy, instructions are well written. My only complaint is we cant seem to get it to connect to the wifi app. But the remote and buttons work just fine so not a big deal!

Love the fireplace but skip the bundle

We had our gas fireplace replaced with the 60 inch Touchstone Sideline Elite. We love the look and all the color options. I probably would not have added the fireplace bundle. The little sound speaker isn’t very realistic and we didn’t love the red crystals. We just play fireplace sounds on our speakers in our living room which works out well. The fireplace itself and the logs that came with it look great and are totally worth the money. I’m so glad we choose this fireplace!

Item wasn’t exactly as picture, you make it look deeper when it’s just a screen. Fake slab of plastic wood and the fake glass pieces that you put into n a 1” gap pathetic.
