Amazing Insert!

We LOVE our new fireplace. The insert was very easy to install, the instructions were very informative and made the process simple. We love the large variety of options that this insert has to offer, the flames are lifelike and the heat works great. This is a great company with wonderful customer service, I couldn’t recommend this insert more!

This is our 2nd TS fireplace. We owned a 50& in our old house. This time we purchased the 60 Elite and love it with all the new options in colors. I would definitely recommend.

Very happy with this product. Had it professionally installed and love the way it looks. Gives off just the right amount of heat when needed. Nice feature to change the colors of the flames.

Does not Support all Wifi

This fireplace looks great and the installation instructions/dimensions were accurate. I must have missed the place in the description where it says the smart features only work on a 2.4Ghz network... mine is a 5Ghz network so it was a bummer to learn I wouldn't be able to use those functions. I would still buy the same fireplace probably because I liked the look more than the ones without smart capabilities. It just lost a star because it doesn't work with all Wifi.
