Realistic look and it has many options such as ember color, ember brighnes, flame color,flame height,etc. I did alot of research and Touchstone is the best around!

It was easy to learn how to use, beautiful appearance and exactly what we had been wanting. Have not had the opportunity to try the two heat settings yet, but anxious to use this winter.

Sideline Elite 60 is everything it’s advertised to be. Very versatile with many color options. Easy to use. Sleek and attractive even when not illuminated. Super easy installation into a hearth I built from rough in dimensions.

I did a lot of research online and various social media apps - this was my top choice and I love it. On top of that, their customer service was excellent (which is not always the case when shopping online). Bottom line, I would highly recommend.

Wonderful Addition to Our Livingroom

Our Sideline Elite has been a wonderful addition to our livingroom. No fuss, no mess, just the flip of a switch and we have a cozy atmosphere. Installation was easy and I'm glad we went with Touchstone

Always wanted one

I wish there were a place where you could compare flame on fireplace with other brands. Having to order on line it’s a guess. The flame seems to be yellow orange or with blue. The log didn’t show enough added some driftwood also. Didn’t like the crystals. Wanted a more rustic natural look. Overall I’m happy with it.
