Couldn't be happier

The results amazing. The instructions had the incorrect dimensions so the wall had to be reopened and refinished. Other then that it looks amazing and I know for my next one too measure the actual device and not rely on instructions.

SO easy to install.. looks amazing real and love the remote/Alexa feature. Also, they had it on my doorstep within 24hrs… amazing speed. Thank you Touchstone. Love it so far !

A decent product

I bought the sideline elite 50 inch and I’m enjoying it. The flames are superb and I absolutely love that I can control it from my phone. I didn’t see that in the description. Then I received n email from a real person, not a mass produced email thanking me for the purchase. Then I responded with a query and Evan Bradlee actually responded in a timely manner until the issue was resolved. That is gold in itself. Thank you touchstone team! Now I’m thinking I should have gotten the 60 inch but hey. Ohhhh the product is quiet, I just wish it produced more heat but it delivers what it promised. Its a keeper for sure! Oh and I love that there were no bits to put together. Good job guys
