Remote Stopped Working

Fireplace is great, but the remote stopped working within 2 months. It’s a pain to have to use the controls on the fireplace itself and not the remote.

Absolutely love this electric fireplace! I have an open concept so heating aspect of it isn’t great in my environment, but if your space is more closed off it’ll be great!

The heater is very attractive and gets lots of compliments. Works perfectly and the different settings are great. Flames, colors and heat work beautifully.
