This electric fireplace exceeded out expectations. It has elevated our den to a new level. Very sleek and modern and the colors are soothing. Fire looks realistic. Love it so far!

Good but could use a few improvements

The fire place looks great, shipped fast, and was packaged well. The “sound” option is a waste of money - poor quality sound and does not work with the remote. Biggest issue is the LED light for indicating the current setting does not go off when the unit is turned off. It’s very bright and with the unit at the foot of the bed it’s very annoying. No need for it to be on when the unit is off.Also not a fan of the company logo plate on the front of the unit - distracts from the clean look. Do they really think they will sell more units by advertising in my bedroom.

Haven’t installed yet, but I’ve tested it and seems to work just fine! Love the flame pattern and colors. Wife likes the heater function so that’s a big plus. Looking forward to the final install.

Gorgeous fireplace

I am a custom woodworker and I have been building fireplace surrounds for years. After my wife and I moved into our new home, I knew that I wanted to get something that was top of the line for our own home! I love how this model doesn’t have a wide frame to it. That was the selling point! I now suggest these products to my clients, the quality is incredible!

We are extremely pleased with our Touchstone electric fireplace. It is a quality product that continues to operate flawlessly. The ability to change the color of the crystals and flame, speed of flame ,and brightness of each, allow for a truly custom experience. The remote works well and makes it easy to switch settings for an ever-changing feel and look. Excellent value, you will be pleased.

We absolutely love this fireplace. There are so many settings available to create a realistic fire that works perfectly for our home design! I love the look of the Elite with the minimal trim. It’s a modern look but minimal enough to blend with the many styles. The installation was pretty straightforward, too! We couldn’t be happier with our choice.
