Great look and works well in our room

Purchased fireplace for room that needed heat and ambiance of a fireplace. The slim design and look was very appealing. Took some time to decide on how and where to place but after coming up with a plan and building out for the unit we couldn’t be happier. Now looking to put one in our master bedroom.

Beautiful but weak

Overall, the fireplace has very realistic flames and it is well designed and fits great as an insert recessed to a wall. The only downside to this product is it has a very weak heater. I have small plug-in heaters that put out way more heat and have stronger fans than this does, and this product is about three times the size. I would have expected it to put out more heat. Small nitpick, but they also have their TS logo in the bottom corner of the fire. That is a different different color and doesn’t blend into the overall unit so it stands out and looks tacky.

Very happy with our Sideline Elite 30 recessed fireplace

We bought the Sideline Elite 50 with the surround mantle. It came quickly via FedEx freight and was easy to assemble. We have had wood fireplaces and gas fireplaces in the past and enjoy this one the most. Flames are very pleasing and the heat is a nice touch. The only issue we had was getting the remote cover off to install batteries. Called support and their advice to use my palms rather than thumbs did the trick!

We have just completed our installation and are extremely happy!Our carpenter said it was very easy to install and packaged very well. We love all the features and have not set up the WiFi yet, but will do that in the near future.
