Easily surpasses any expections I had with an electric fireplace. Slim border on the elite looks great. We like the wood feature but easy to remove glass and change to the included crystals or crystal/wood lookMost important to us is the look of the flame pattern. Very well done. I say it has a nice “snap” in the pattern to mimic a real flame. Color options in flame and ember bed are nice. I like the traditional. The unit was shipped in a double box and was in Montana in 5 days. Sideline Elite 50

Nice electric fireplace.

Kind of disappointed with this one. Ordered this slim one to completely flush recessed to the wall.its still 51/2 inch deep which makes the unit still stick out more than an inch. Poor engineering. Paid almost double the money and ordered slim one with no difference. Now I have two fireplaces with same depth.
