Great electric fireplace!

We recently replaced our wood burning fireplace with the Touchstone Sideline Elite 42& and very happy with the product. Very good quality product, works as advertised, easy ordering, swift delivery and Made in America. Can't beat this combination I recommend Touchstone

We just purchased the Touchstone electric elite sideline fireplace 80042 model. It hasn't been installed until cabinet is finished. Right now the rough opening is finished ,unit fits perfect,and just waiting on electric hook up to panel and final touches on cabinetThanks

Stand-alone installation

We have a low two-side wood-burning fireplace we did not want to use due to expensive heat loss and we did not need extra heat., So we plugged the chimney with a DIY chimney pillow and got the slim line elite 80042 which closely matches the log-side opening of the fireplace and installed it in front with an oak surround on the sides and top. Worked out fine and looks great. We won’t be using the heat options as we don’t need them. We’ll plug it in to a smart plug and use Alexa to turn it on and off, leaving at the setting we prefer. Love the look and different color options and enhances the look of the room.

If you have any doubts, just don’t and buy it RN. It goes beyond my expectations. It has amazing quality and I love that I can tell Alexa to turn it on from my bed. It is a very stylish piece. The colors are beautiful. I turn it on every night and it is so soothing!
