Transformed Our Living Room Into a Cozy Retreat!

This electric fireplace insert has completely transformed our living room just in time for Christmas! The flame effects are incredibly realistic with beautiful blue and orange colors that create such a cozy, festive atmosphere.
Installation was straightforward, and it fits perfectly in our space. We love that there’s no mess or smoke - just flip it on and enjoy the warmth and ambiance. The heat output is a nice bonus on cooler evenings, and it makes our holiday gatherings even more special.
If you’re considering an electric fireplace insert, I highly recommend this one. It’s been worth every penny and has made our home so much more inviting for the holidays! I love that I can control with my Alexa!

Overall good value for the features. Wish the flames reached a bit higher, to the top of the screen but overall really like it

Installation was a breeze. Works great. A Great product at a great price. I integrated your product to fit into an antique solid oak wood mantle.

From the assistance in deciding the best fireplace for our home based on interior design style, to the installation instructions provided which made it a smooth build process, to all of the extra features: remote/app compatible, multiple flame options, accessories to customize it to your style and the heat-free flame option, we COULDN’T BE HAPPIER! We love our new fireplace!

Exactly What We Wanted - From Log Burning to Faux Fire Ambient
on June 16, 2025

Burning logs is becoming more prohibitive here. This is a great alternative. We just want the ambience and not the hassle of cleaning and the effects of smoke.
The installation took several days.

We absolutely love our electric Touchstone fireplace. We recently started a basement renovation, and I really wanted a fireplace. It was easy to install, and it's easy to use. I love that you can have the heat on or off. It's going to be so awesome for Christmas!
