36in Sideline is great!!

This insert is perfect for our home! It has several flame settings and a high and low heat setting! You can have the heat off and the flame on which is great if you have kids that can’t keep their hands off of it! It is safe and easy to use! It looks fantastic in our home! Would definitely recommend!

I love this fireplace. In fact, this is my second unit from Touchstone. I ordered my first one three years ago for my living room. I am currently transforming my guest bedroom into a library and this latest fireplace will add a cozy feel to this room. Thank you so much Touchstone for such a great product! I love it!!!

Beautiful! The online pictures do not do it justice

We were skeptical at first as we bought this to replace a real flame gas unit. But wow, the touchstone is much better in real life than in the pictures. Much better flame quality than other electric units. The slick glass face is flawless.

The Sideline 36 meets all of our expectations. Since natural gas and wood burning wasn’t an option for us we only had one other choice…so we decided to try electric. After looking at many manufacturers we decided on Touchstone. We’re very happy with our choice. Friends have commented on how nice it looks…and it has made a huge difference in how warm and inviting the room looks. Thank you Touchstone.

We received our Touchstone fireplace in a timely manner and it was everything they advertised it to be. We are installing it in our RV and we are excited because it will add a homey touch to our RV and some warmth. Great Product!!!
