[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just completed a Shiplap fireplace in our house with the electric fireplace and it really looks great! The heater will help keep the living area warm without having to run the heat pump in the fall/winter.

Love our fireplace!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very high quality product and instructions. We built a bump out for it, and found a granite remnant for the mantel on top. Living in the Arizona desert it gets cold in the winter but just the realistic flames without the heater on warms our home!

This fireplace is everything we were looking for. Installation was easy, unit fit nicely into the rough opening size required in the directions. Directions were easy to follow and it’s very easy to operate. My wife loves all of the optional flame settings!

Thank you, we really love our new fireplace. Thus is our second one, and we put it in our rv. I had to build a tv and fireplace cabinet for it, and it looks Great.
