Flame intensity

The flame intensity wasn’t as bright as shown in your website/video, just a bit misleading, however still looks OK. I love the exterior look of the unit, the fan is nice and quite. Heat output is good. It was well packed and arrived in great shape.

We have just started using it though we like the flame presentation and really appreciate the ability to use rocks or the logs. It provides a good level of heat for a smaller space.

We are pleased with the fire effect and heater. We moved from a home where we had a propane fireplace and this fireplace helps fill the void. The fan is quiet.

Before purchasing, I looked at many wall mounted electric fireplaces on line and found that Touchstone gave you two options, recess or wall mounted. Their “You Tube” video's were very helpful. We are very pleased with the product.

It is a clear, reclaimed 3 X 10 clear, vertical grain D/F I found in the basement. Couldn't believe it after I got it sanded down. Have 2 other large pieces I am incorporating it into the bar. The weathered gray cedar 1/2" X 4" boards are from a fence I am tearing down. Thanks! Everyone who has seen it loves it. Have had several requests to replicate it. Have given your website address to several friends that may plan their projects and purchase later. Am happiest about the in-wall app & the smaller size that can be scaled to my smaller house. All in 6" depth!!
