I bought this 36’ fireplace to take the place of a gas fireplace. It was so easy to install and looks beautiful. I will use it all year around because it’s so relaxing.

works great started making a wired noise when led flames are on that drives me crazy it didn't make this noise for the first couple weeks but installed around 3/1 due to house being renovated.

Currently we do not have this installed as we are waiting on a build, but we did unpack it and looked at it.....looks beautiful and heats up and is very quiet when it is running. Hoping to post pictures later after the install....so very excited!

received the sideline 36 in great shape and the fireplace looks like a good quality piece. I used the sideline as the center piece for an entertainment center. Really like how it looks and look forward to starting to use it. Love the fact I can use it year round.

I had a gas fireplace that had a poor quality firebox that prevented me from any effecient use of the fireplace. It let a significant amount of cold air into the house so I basically had to cover the opening and not use the fireplace. After researching electric fireplaces I came across the Touchstone products. I built a frame inside the existing fireplace and installed the Sideline 36. We now have a fireplace that we can turn on at anytime (we prefer the logs) with or without heat. Love the look and we are truely thrilled with this product.

We are pleased with the heat produced from this electric insert heater. It provides a beautiful, clean alternative to the messy wood burning stove we replaced! And with a remote control and several color/heating options it is exactly what we wanted! We have it in a 20x21 room and it opens into another room with 15 ft doorways. It gives substantial heat for our use! Thank you for making a product that actually does everything it says and meets ALL expectations!
