Bought this for my 95 year old mother when her previous computer outlived its’ abilities after 20 years. Mom uses the computer only for email and browsing. But persistent bit locker recovery errors have her completely frustrated.

I’ve had my new HP for now three months and I have to admit I am not impressed with the quality of this product. The keyboard is very poor, the number sometimes don’t work when you press on and if you’re trying to type like a email, it takes even pressure otherwise it won’t work plus, the computer itself keeps giving me error messages, even when I’m not doing anything.
