The desktop won't work with the HP printer no matter what I do. I even bought a router because one of the trouble shooters suggested it. It still doesn't work and I'm thinking I need to go to Apple products.

HP is my preferred brand. +I appreciate the smaller footprint of the all-in-one. I purchased a new computer because my old one was slow and had Windows 10 and an obsolete version of Microsoft. The new computer is much faster and came loaded with Windows 11. As expected, there is a learning curve for figuring out how to customize the desktop the way I would like it.

Since my new HP computer is ten years newer than my other HP, I was disappointed it had less features.. Many which I could not have known would be the case. Especially the media player with my music....My older model organized and displayed so much better. I am so sad. this was important
