This DUNE Ornithopter is a very impressive set

First, you get a good amount of minifigs and they are very nice. Second, I liked the blend of technic and classic lego pieces, and the building experience was wonderful. Love the end result! The functions are neat, it’s a pretty good size, and definitely will make a good display model and easy to play with. The value at full price is fair for what you get, but if you see it at discount, don’t hesitate to pick one up!

This set is a great start to Lego 2024! The ornithopter looks exactly like what we see in the movie and the minifigure selection is on point! The wing movement, wing blade dive movement, and retractable landing gear are all great movement additions to this set. I would recommend this set to anyone, even if you haven’t read or seen Dune. This set is so cool and really sets the stage for great sets to come from Lego in 2024!!! 10/10

I love the original Dune movie (from the 80s) and I love the "new" Dune movie..
So I had to buy this set on the day it came out.
The built is really interesting, especially since it has "landing" gears and retractable wings.
This set is also more like a Technic set.. So you really need to pay attention to the instructions. But overall, it's not a difficult built.

Great build. The landing gear is very neat. It looks amazing displayed and the mechanism to deploy the wings is very satisfying. The minis are very well done, the Baron being particularly hilarious, floating the same height as the ornithopter. Great display piece. Very sturdy. I hope more Dune kits come out.

Dune is my favorite book of all time and the Denis Villenueve adaptations are some of the greatest movies ever made, so having a high-quality representation in Lego is amazing and unbelievably well-executed!

I’m so happy. I truly never thought that Lego would make a Dune themed set and here we are. I think the diverse mini figures and the highly detailed vehicle itself truly make this set unique; despite the high price point. Definitely picture this set appreciating in value in years to come and I may even get an additional sealed set to add to my collection as well. And remember, even though they are on back order….”I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear.”
