[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Why didn’t somebody think of this before? This appliance is great because it performs two functions. Not only is it a traditional slow cooker, but it also adds the ability to sous vide. This saves storage space and makes this product a winner. I highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] During the Fall and Winter season I love making meals in my crockpot, my favorite things to make are soups & stews.
The thermometer is perfect for checking meats so I don't have to keep opening the pot.
I haven't tried the sous vide yet but its on my list of things to try soon since grilling season is almost finish.
7qts is the perfect size for me, I can make a meal just for me or for everyone.
I have no dislikes, I tried to find one and there wasn't anything to gripe about.
Overall if you want to upgrade your crockpot game this is the appliance you should invest in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the sous vide function,mostly we wanted to be able to make soups, broths, and stock with the sous vide function.. We’ve used it for approximately two weeks , several times a week, and it works great. This device works perfectly. Just put your meat in a sealed bag, make sure it is sealed, or simply put the top of the bag between the pot and the cover, and you are good to go. We’ve used the slow cook as well and it works as intended. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try the Sous Vide style of cooking. I made the rosemary and thyme chicken. The prep with the bags was easy to do the day before or morning of. You must plan ahead because the Sous Vide cooking takes 1 hour to preheat. The chicken was tender and moist when it was finished. Plus it was a great recipe. The appliance was easy to use and beeps when it is ready.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The initial idea of sous vide was intimidating. If you’re some who likes flavorful food or enjoy food prep for several days, then this slow cooker sous vide is perfect. I liked that this slow cooker was an all in one package. I used the souls vide packets to place my chicken and seasoning over night. After pre heating the cooker I was slightly confused on how to set the time for actual cooking. Once I tinkered around with the buttons, I figured it out. I followed the recipe book exactly and left my chicken to cook. The slow cooker is great in that you can periodically check your food with out fear like a pressure cooker. The handles easily snap back on both sides for lid removal. The interior pot does get very hot and so do the sides. Place on a surface that can take heat. I loved that it came with a thermometer that ensures you food was cooked at a correct temperature. The recipe book was easy to follow and gave addition tips and dips to make your food taste better. I love the fact that I can set this device and come back to cooked food. The interior pot is spacious, heavy and durable but easy to clean. I feel that the control dial can be a bit more user friendly, when it comes to setting the actual cook time or adding extra cook time. A simple damp wipe on the exterior and I was able to store my product. After following the recipe my food came out great. After cooking as instructed, the chicken was finished up in a skillet. I can’t wait to try out more types of food.

Great multi use Crockpot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy cooking with my new Crockpot Slow Cooker with Sous Vide. It's my first experience using the Sous Vide cooking technique. The Sous Vide technique takes some planning and a little more time compared to some other cooking methods. It has been fun to learn, is more unique and the results amazing though. On my first attempt with the Sous Vide, I used Kelly's rosemary garlic ribeye steaks recipe (printed on the Crockpot box and in the included recipe guide) and my family was blown away. The steaks were so tender and the flavor exceptional! Overall, Crockpot's Slow Cooker with Sous Vide has been easy to use and it's decently made. The plastic locking levers on the lid seem lighter weight than other slow cookers I've owned, but are working fine (lid doesn't need a lot of pressure to seal). The Crockpot has three different settings: Sous Vide, slow cook, keep warm, timer and temperature settings. I definitely will continue to make the recipes included too.

The easy to use temperature and cook time controls take the guess work away! I appreciate the removable stone crock that’s perfectly dishwasher safe along with locking lid that makes traveling with a full crockpot of chili a breeze without worrying about spills!
This is an absolute must have now in our kitchen! It makes sous vide cooking a breeze!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say I am very impressed with my new Stainless Steel Slow Cooker Sous Vide 7 QT. I have made 3 meals so far, and it's a learning experience for sure. It's a bit different from a regular crock pot. Mainly cooking in water bath. Sous Vide means under vacuum. Placing ingredients in an airtight container or bag. Then dropping into a temperature controlled water bath. You're meals will come out moist and flavorful. Thex best ideas to completely understand this way of cooking is to do research on it. I give it an A+
