[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this because I have 2 stick sous vides that need a separate water pot or tub every time I use them. So far used this for a steak & salmon & both came out great. Easy to use for me because I already have sous vide experience & it’s nice to be able to use just the crockpot to cook multiple ways since I hate having a ton of appliances out.

Typically, I would put a slow cooker in the cabinets, but this one stays out all of the time because of how great it looks. I am so impressed with the craftmanship as well. The ceramic is incredibly sturdy and is heavy, providing an example of just how durable and solid this Slow Cooker Sous Vide is. This will last for a long time. All of the components are of the utmost highest quality.
The directions provided were clear and setting up the device was a breeze, which I appreciated as a first time user of sous vide. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use. However, one thing to note is that is takes a bit of time to warm-up (the directions say it can take up to an hour), so make sure to plan accordingly. But the results are worth the wait! The chicken I made was cooked to absolute perfection. Cooking in the bag made the chicken lock in the juices and seasoning. It was so tender and juicy. The Slow Cooker Sous Vide comes with four sous vide sealable bags, but I wish it came with more or had information in the directions about how to purchase more directly from the company. It would have been a helpful addition to the package. This appliance is so versatile. When using as a slow cooker, it performs fabulously. The pot roast came out amazingly. It is also so large that I am able to cook enough for our family of five! The timer is loud and clear, making it easy to know when your meal is ready. Plus, the warming feature is incredibly useful for keeping food warm if it won't be served immediately.
I loved that this appliance is completely digital. Also, during the preheating of the sous vide, it alternates between the current temperature and the desired temperature, which helps in getting your meal ready.
As a person that does not like to cook very much, this has been a lifesaver for me. It has made meal planning a breeze by doing most of the hard work for me. I highly recommend this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is going to be a lot of fun to use. Have already used the soups vide function to make some pork chops, they came out so juicy, which is nearly impossible to do with pork these days. Am looking forward to using the probe, great idea!

Cook time was accurate as well as temperature (measured with included probe).
Cooker insert is on the heavier side which appears to be of high quality. Stainless steel exterior is very attactive.
Followed a recepie with included cookbook. Easy to follow instructions and the stew turned out perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with this Slow Cooker Sous Vide SS 7QT machine. It's very simple to use, holds a lot of food and clean up is really quick and easy. I like that you can either set the hours or set the temperature to use the thermometer that comes with it. But, this not only slow cooks, it's also a sous vide machine, and comes with a recipe book, as well as sous vide bags to get you started. The lid comes with locking handles, which makes it great for travel. This is a great product that will get used over and over again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has all the things! Brand name you trust, really nice, high end looking style, and fantastic features. I've made beef stew twice using the crockpot setting and had my first stab at making sous vide steak and it was fantastic! Very clear instructions included with temperature guage (which plugs in to the front panel and is inseted through a hole in the top of the lid), plastic bags, and a recipe book. Everything you need to give sous vide a try. The push button controls on the digital panel are user friendly and simple to understand. There are options for sous vide, slow cooking, and to keep warm, as well as time cook, with a digital timer that I LOVE! No more guesswork on when your meal is ready. This model also has a locking lid making it great for bringing to potlucks! No more risk of spills. I immediately gave my other slow cooker to my niece. This is my new favorite appliance and I can't wait to try more sous vide recipes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I love this slow cooker. Coming from a non-slow cooker home, I feel like it takes the ease of cooking meats or meals for you and keeps them hot! It is perfect for a long work day, and you can program it for when you come home and you have a hot cooked meal to make it easier on you. Cleaning wise = awesome. I have never tried doing the "sous vide" option yet, but I got to learn. It's a first time for everything, but I am happy as it is.
