Does NOT reach a temp of 215.

The first casserole I had did not get over 180 degrees. I called the co and was told it must be defective. She said no need to return it, just throw it out and they would send me a new one. I received the new one and it also will not reach a temp of 215 which in the Q&A here they say it would.
I am returning this item and I feel I should get a FULL refund.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this product for a few weeks and I am really happy with it. In my opinion, it's the perfect size for side dishes and desserts. It have used it to easily and perfectly cook 3 dishes and it is easy to use and clean. I also really like the white and blue pattern and have received compliments on the design of this product. I received this crock pot as a sample in exchange for my honest review and am very happy with it an would recommend it to others.

Great smaller crock!

I've made lasagna, mac and cheese, and buffalo chicken dip among other things. It's a good size for everyday use for my family (2 adults and 2 kids). I also like the stoneware insert that can go in the oven AND the dishwasher. Highly recommend. Disclaimer: I got this crock for free in exchange for giving this honest review.

Clutter on the Lid

I would love to have one ofr these, but those awkward things attached to the lid & sides have to go. Any plans to make a cleaner one with less clutter? Original crockpot design is fine. You don't have to mess with it like this.

Please note, the hinges on the lid are to lock the lid down during transportation. We do carry many slow cookers that do not have this feature.

Poor instructions; no option for recipes

I was very disappointed there wasn’t several examples of recipes for this 2.5 qt size or an option to purchase a cookbook. I’ve only found cookbooks for smaller or larger pots. I wanted this to be simple and not have to think about it so much plus I’m learning how to be a better cook. Other people in reviews complained about this even though they gave a better rating but for me personally this is a big disappointment. should have read more of the reviews first because I would not have purchased it. I’m single so wanted something easy, small and with leftovers. If anyone knows a good recipe book I’d love to know.
