I’ve owned several crockpots over the years and this by far is the worst one. We baby our crockpots as we use them a lot but after 6 months of use it cracked mid cook leaving sauce all over our kitchen counter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

I purchased this crock pot 2 years ago because of the locking lid and carrying case but just took it out of the box recently to use it. both times the crock pot turns itself off in the middle of the cook time for no apparent reason. My fault for not trying it sooner as now I cannot return it for a new one but very disappointed to have it fresh out of the box and not work!

A few months after receiving this as a Birthday present the pot cracked so the crockpot is unusable.

We purchased this crock pot and almost as soon as we started using it, it started making an extremely loud repetitive popping noise. We returned it and bought a replacement and it did the exact same thing. Returning this one and will not be purchasing another.

Annoying Clicking Noise

I've had this crockpot for a month and while it does what it should, the clicking noise is incredibly irritating. I'm also irritated that I can't call and talk to someone about it. I hope I get a response this way because I've sent in multiple emails.

I love this crockpot. It does everything and more!! I mistakenly locked the lid tho and it cracked it. So I’m so incredibly sad. Idk how to go about purchasing just the lid. Otherwise I’m going to buy a whole new one!
