We had this for about a year now. We made stews, pulled pork, shredded chicken. The controls are easy to use. We love it so much that we bought another one for our RV.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great cooker.

Just bought this model and need a replacement lid since mine was taken at a function I attended. Left me with the broken lid and now I understand why....cannot find a replacement on any of the sites listed. Love the cooker, but totally useless now. How do I get a lid?

A few months after receiving this as a Birthday present the pot cracked so the crockpot is unusable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good slow cooker

Got this in December 2021used several times. Noticed the lid is warped now and it want seal for traveling.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not Great

We received this as a gift to replace our smaller 6qt crock pot that was used for 12+ years. This one seems great, but overall is mediocre at best. The low setting does cook really hot and the high setting easily leaves charred food after just a few hours.
The coated put also seems to keep smells from all of the spices no matter how we clean it.
We are diligent to cook only with rubber utensils and clean with non-abrasive sponges or norwex clothes and yet the surface already has scratches after just a few months.
Now, the unit will not even turn on, completely dead after 1 year.
Overall disappointing from Crockpot brand that we loved for many years with other models.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

I purchased this crock pot 2 years ago because of the locking lid and carrying case but just took it out of the box recently to use it. both times the crock pot turns itself off in the middle of the cook time for no apparent reason. My fault for not trying it sooner as now I cannot return it for a new one but very disappointed to have it fresh out of the box and not work!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst Crockpot

I’ve owned several crockpots over the years and this by far is the worst one. We baby our crockpots as we use them a lot but after 6 months of use it cracked mid cook leaving sauce all over our kitchen counter.
