I bought the Crockpot My Time programmable cooker around Thanksgiving 2025...I Love it!!! The programming works really well especially when you need to have to food ready by a certain time...I waited a few months before giving a review, because I wanted to try several different things before giving an honest review...I like to set it to have the food ready 30 minutes prior to needing it ready..just a personal preference..I use this crockpot for family gatherings and monthly church carry-in dinners..so easy to transport..This is hands down the best crock pot I have ever owned and I have had several different versions.
Bought this twice thinking the first one was just defective or damaged ... Same annoying clicking sound in both so will be returning this one too!

Hi, just bought this crockpot. It seems to be nice. The only thing does it beep or have any. Sounds when the food is finished. Reasons oh you’re making selections.
We got this as a Christmas gift and it was great the first time we used it, but now it makes a horrible clicking sound every 5-10 minutes that last about 1 minute. Do not recommend.

Hello Bilbo! Thank you for taking the time to share this with us. I’m really sorry to hear that your Crock-Pot® Programmable 7-Quart MyTime® Cook & Carry® Slow Cooker started making a loud clicking sound after only one good use — that’s definitely not the experience we want for you, especially with a brand‑new gift. A brief clicking sound can happen when the unit is adjusting temperature, but a loud, repeated click every few minutes that lasts for about a minute is not normal. That points to an internal component struggling to regulate heat, and we don’t want you using it if it’s behaving unpredictably. If you’re able, we recommend: 1. Unplugging the unit and letting it fully cool 2. Checking that the stoneware is seated flat in the base 3. Trying a quick test on Low with just water to see if the clicking continues
If the noise persists, the unit may need to be replaced. Since this was a gift, the quickest path is usually through the retailer, following their return or exchange policy. If you encounter any difficulty or if the matter remains unresolved, please do not hesitate to reach us via our official website: https://www.crock-pot.com/support/contact-us. We’re available Mon.-Fri. 9am -5pm Eastern Time.
We appreciate you letting us know — your feedback helps us make sure your experience is taken seriously.
I love this crockpot. It does everything and more!! I mistakenly locked the lid tho and it cracked it. So I’m so incredibly sad. Idk how to go about purchasing just the lid. Otherwise I’m going to buy a whole new one!
I've had this crockpot for a month and while it does what it should, the clicking noise is incredibly irritating. I'm also irritated that I can't call and talk to someone about it. I hope I get a response this way because I've sent in multiple emails.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought two of these now, I returned first one, the second one is doing same thing. Every 5 minutes or so, it clicks for about 30 seconds, see the video. This cannot be right, there are many reviews, a couple of them mention clicking, but what are the odds I have two defective products, anyone else getting this same thing? Crock-Pot is making this product like this?? See the video
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
