The smell is good, but seems very artificial. It is hard for me to understand that with the artificial smell that these scents are considered safe to diffuse.

This smell is like nothing you’ve ever smelled before but then you never want your house to smell like anything except it again!

Love the fresh, clean smell.
It’s very frustrating you do not have a phone # on you website or no way to email your company. Extremely frustrating to customers and that is one of the reasons for negative reviews.
