Sometimes the weight of the diffuser moves it slightly from the outlet/wall and the red light comes on. I notice it mainly when the lights are off at night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have six of these- that’s how much I love it. One in the office that has an invigorating mint scent. The kitchen to invite people in with warm apple and vanilla scents. Lavender in the bedroom…. It’s like landscaping your garden but it’s scentscaping your home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good device, though I like my Pura 4 devices better. I don't ever use the buttons on the top to adjust fragrances, as I always use the app. Also, I'm not a fan of taking the tray out with both fragrances whereas I could just remove one with the Pura 4. Plus...and this could be for some other reason that isn't the device's fault....I experienced fragrance leaking in this device that I've never experienced in the Pura 4. It was tough to clean, because the fragrances sit in the trough, and it pooled at the bottom, getting stuck in the square corners.
