Two Arrived Used
on May 3, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second Volcano I’ve purchased, and both have seemed to be previously used. The one I just installed has half the run time remaining as the other scent I installed with it. It’s disappointing that no refund or exchange is offered without going through the trouble of returning the broken/used one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a very nice fragrance. I think it is too citrusy for me, but how nice that we can choose the intensity.
