I have always loved these jugs, only problem I have with this one is, the lid. It doesn't have the straw like spout like the old ones, it's just an open hole. If you're not careful, you will spill it all over yourself. The cap to it doesn't start on very well either. You have to make sure it stays upright. I have an old life to compare it to...

Igloo has amazing customer service!!!! I purchased one of their coolers and it was stolen from my doorstep, they replaced it free of charge no questions asked. I am very pleased with my purchace. It is one of the retro half gallon Jugs. It works very well and is just how I remember them bieng a 90's kid
